DEKALB COUNTY, GA — It’s been a busy day for metro Atlanta firefighters, and one house fire claims a man’s life in DeKalb County.

One person is dead in a house fire in Stone Mountain.

DeKalb County firefighters responded to the burning three story home on Rock Cliff Court around 1:00 Monday afternoon.

A neighbor told fire crews there may have been someone still in the house and after searching the property firefighters did find a man dead inside.

The victim has not been identified yet.
