ROCKDALE COUNTY, GA — The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after one person was shot during a domestic dispute on Thursday morning.

Investigators say the shooting happened with a child present at a home on Settlers Trail around 11 a.m.

The shooting is described by police officials as an “active investigation.“

No other details have been released on the suspect or the victim’s condition.
