The woman who fell from a 10th floor window at the W Atlanta-Midtown hotel over the weekend is still in critical condition.  Family members say 25-year-old Cierra Williams is doing better than expected.  Williams is being treated for her injuries at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Atlanta police say Williams and 30-year-old LaShawna Threatt were  "play wrestling'' in a room at the hotel around 3:15 a.m. Sunday when they crashed through a window and fell onto a slanted glass ceiling above a sunroom.  Threatt stayed on the sunroof, Williams rolled onto the ground below.

Threatt's boyfriend, Ray Hamilton, tells Channel 2 Action News he tried to grab her.

"If anyone would have had another second, we could have saved her," said Hamilton.

Threatt was killed in the fall.  Rescuers found her body on the sunroom roof.  Friends say Threatt was Williams best friend.

Authorities are investigating whether there was any criminal activity involved in this accident.  At this point, police say there's no reason to believe this incident was anything other than a tragic accident.

Police say it's not clear if alcohol played a role in the accident.  They are still awaiting the results of a toxicology report.  The investigation is ongoing.
