A recent trip to a safari park in south Georgia got a bit dicey for one family who were confronted by a rather hungry giraffe and zebra.

"The footage, which was filmed by Owen Maynard during a family trip in Georgia, shows the inquisitive wild animals poke their heads into the family car during a drive-through safari and startle the children inside," The Daily Mail's  Bhvishya Patel reports.

Patel adds that as the family made their way through the enclosure, the giraffe reached into their car, helping itself to a snack being held by Owen's brother Wesley.

Not long after, a zebra shoved its head through another window and flared its lips.
