Two people are dead after an officer-involved in Gwinnett County.

A police spokesman told the WSB breaking news desk the officer is ok. The shooting happened early Wednesday morning.

The shooting happened at 6415 Old Shadburn Ferry Road in Buford.

The shooting scene is just a couple of miles away from the Dam Store, a long-time bait and tackle store that caught fire around midnight.
