The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a triple shooting Sunday night that left one person dead and another in bad shape.

The shooting happened at the Bristol Court Apartments in Norcross.

One man was dead at the scene. Another man is critical. A woman was also shot, but she did not go to the hospital and was treated by EMS at the scene.

Gwinnett County police Officer Jeffery Richter says there are no arrests and no suspects yet.

"We got reports of some sort of altercation that happened in one of the apartments, substantially followed by gunshots," said Richter.

Investigators do not have many details surrounding the incident, including, the ages of the people involved. They are not clear on where the victims were when they were shot.

Police continue to investigate the shooting.
