A taste for BBQ leads to an E.coli outbreak in North Ga.

The number of cases reported to the Georgia Department of Public Health has grown to 11, ten in Georgia and one in South Carolina. Ten of those people had eaten at the BBQ Shack in Toccoa earlier this month.

Seven people wound up hospitalized for treatment. Several developed complications, but all should recover.

A District 2 Public Health spokesman says the restaurant is fully cooperating in the investigation.
