Cobb County police found the body of a woman inside a car at a Marietta apartment complex early Tuesday.

Police were called to Westminster Square apartments on Windy Hill Road after reports of a vehicle crash, said Sgt. Dana Pierce. It appears the woman, found in the driver’s seat, died from a gunshot wound. However, the Cobb County Medical Examiner will investigate the cause of death.

The woman was identified as Manju Gurung Poonmagar, 37, of Marietta, said Lyon.
