BUCKHEAD, GA — The owner of a shut-down Buckhead club is ordered to pay $66.5M to the family of a Albany State student killed inside Elleven45 Lounge.

They alleged lax security after Mari Creighton was hit by a stray bullet which Atlanta police say was fired by suspect Karanji Reese last year.

Reese is jailed on 19 charges including murder.

His target was also killed and four bystanders were shot.

A Fulton County judge shuttered Elleven45 Lounge, ruling it was operating illegally.
