ATLANTA — A Georgia Power critic arrested in October for allegedly taking a notebook labeled “Georgia Power Trade Secrets” will not be prosecuted.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis says there’s not enough evidence to charge Patty Durand.

Surveillance video shows Durand taking the notebook during a Georgia Public Service Commission meeting and returning it the same day.

She spent two days in jail and continues to call for transparency from Georgia Power.
