Brandall Irving Brandall Irving is facing charges for grabbing a colleague and holding her against her will.

MARIETTA, GA — A now fired Kennesaw State University police officer is on the other side of the law.

Former Sergeant Brandall Irving is facing battery and false imprisonment charges from the incident earlier this month.

The warrant accuses Irving of grabbing a school staffer by her waist and then pushing her against his desk during an argument, then standing in front of the door so she couldn’t leave.

Irving is now out on bond.
