Alpharetta police haul a couple off to jail for allegedly letting their 18 year-old son drink alcohol.

Robert and Sandra Ben-Hanania are charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, maintaining a disorderly house, and evidence tampering.

They called 911 Tuesday night, after they got home from dinner out, and found their son passed out on the floor.

“We called 911 expecting help for our son that we didn’t know if was going to live or die. I mean, we were scared to death,” said Robert.

Their son and a female friend had been drinking vodka in the parents' absence. Eighteen year-old Savannah Bartlett was pulled over by police as she drove away from the house, and charged with DUI.
