Cirque du Soleil and 95.5 WSB host families from Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center

ATLANTA, Ga – On Sunday, October 23, 95.5 WSB and Cirque du Soleil welcomed families and patients from Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to enjoy a performance of KURIOS - Cabinet of Curiosities, by Cirque du Soleil under The Big top at Atlantic Station.

The show features a mix of acrobatics, poetry, artistry, and humor set in a steampunk-inspired universe. Many patients and their families are unable to experience live entertainment together, so the opportunity to attend this celebration of the power of the imagination was a welcome surprise.

95.5 WSB continues to support the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta annually through the 95.5 WSB Care-a-Thon which has raised nearly $30 million to support research, the Fellowship Program, and the family support team over the past 22 years.

KURIOS - Cabinet of Curiosities, by Cirque du Soleil is under The Big top at Atlantic Station through December 24, 2022.
