CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. — K-9 Jett has returned home after he was reported missing Saturday.
Bowdon Police Department said K-9 Jett returned home at 10 p.m. Sunday safe and unharmed.
On Saturday night, a BPD officer checked Jett’s kennel but found the door had been opened.
While he was missing, citizens and businesses in Bowdon collectively offered a $1,200 reward for his safe return.
“It amazes me how this community has come together to find Jett,” BPD officials said on Facebook. “Thank you all so much.”
Officials have not said how K-9 Jett returned home and where he went over the weekend.
