ATLANTA — A MARTA rider has been taken to Grady Memorial Hospital after they were shot on a train at the Five Points MARTA station.
It happened around 6:45 p.m. Thursday.
MARTA police said a man was shot in the shoulder and back.

There was also damage done to one of the train.
That train has been taken out of service, and trains are now running in both directions again, but with heavy delays.
The rider was alert, conscious and breathing when they were taken to the hospital.
Police said another person was also grazed on their arm.
