ATLANTA — Atlanta police have arrested a woman and charged her with murder and cruelty to children.

32-year-old Kandice Grace is accused of killing her seven-year-old son in April.

Police found the child unresponsive in a car. He later died at the hospital.

Investigators believe the child got his head stuck in the backseat window, while his mother was passed out in the front seat, high on illegal drugs.

Grace was arrested this week and taken to the Fulton County jail.
