WOODSTOCK, GA — Woodstock police make an arrest in the murder of an 18-year old at the Riverstock Apartments last month.
Officials say 18-year old Prince Phillip Rolle of Locust Grove is facing multiple charges including malice murder and felony murder in the death of Matthew Milner.
The shooting happened on Jan. 26.
Rolle was captured by Atlanta police during an unrelated encounter. He’s now being held in the Cherokee County Jail.
