CAMBRIDGE, MA — A cup of coffee in the morning could help women stay healthy as they get older.

Research out of Harvard University followed a group of 50,000 women for 30 years.

Drinking coffee every morning was linked to staying mentally sharp and physically strong later in life.

Decaf coffee and tea didn’t have the same effect.
