ATLANTA — One of Atlanta’s top 10 most wanted fugitives is now in custody.

Atlanta police say 47-year-old Robert Henderson had been on the run since a May 2019 crash, when he struck an ambulance on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The crash killed a patient in the ambulance and seriously injured the paramedics on board.

Henderson’s arrest brings an end to nearly four years on the run.
