ATLANTA — A 21-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in Atlanta on Sunday evening.

Atlanta police responded to 1514 Northwest Dr. after reports of a person shot just after 10 p.m.

Officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his right hand. The current extent of his injury is unknown.

Police are investigating what led up to the shooting.
