LOGANVILLE, Ga. — A Georgia man accused of soliciting a child for sexual activity was arrested in Florida.
Authorities say Loganville man Jeremy David Smith is accused of engaging in online conversations with an undercover deputy who posed as a 14-year-old boy.
Smith faces attempted production of child pornography, using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony and using a computer to solicit a child for sexual activity charges.
