DEKALB COUNTY, GA — DeKalb County Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Saturday near Candler Road.

Officers say they found one person shot and killed on a nearby street after responding to the scene.

The victim’s identity has not been released.

Police say they are actively searching for a suspect as the investigation continues.
