FULTON COUNTY, GA — Fulton County officials have identified the victim killed in a shooting outside a metro Atlanta elementary school on Tuesday.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim in the shooting outside of Palmetto Elementary School as 34-year-old Eboni Anderson.

On Tuesday evening, police arrested 39-year-old Christopher Ates in connection with the shooting.
