ATLANTA — Police are investigating a shooting that left a 32-year-old man injured in southwest Atlanta early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of Campbellton Road around 5:40 a.m. after reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital. The identity of the victim and current extent of his injury is unknown.

The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
