Man speaks out after he says Atlanta cop broke his ankle | AJC 2019 Released police footage- Officers followed Tyler Griffin one night in 2019, allegedly observing him committing several traffic violations. Griffin says he didn't know the unmarked car belonged to APD and feared he was about to be carjacked.
Griffin brushed an officer's hand off his shoulder, prompting another officer to sprint toward Griffin and tackle him.
