Oreo has been known to release some interesting flavors in the past. From Caramel Apple to Lemon Twist, the sandwich cookie company has experimented with almost every flavor out there.

As of 2020, Oreo has unveiled 65 new flavors total since its 100th anniversary Birthday Cake Oreo in 2012, according to The New York Times. Adding to that list in 2021 are these five new flavors:

1. Java Chip

These combine a coffee creme and chocolate chips, wedged between two chocolate cookies.

2. Brookie-O’s

The triple-decker bites feature three different layers of creme — brownie, original OREO Stuf, and cookie dough — for a cookie that combines an oreo, a brownie, and a chocolate chip cookie.

3. Chocolate Hazelnut

These Nutella inspired sandwich cookies hit the shelves in January and look to be a permanent addition to the lineup of flavors.

4. Lady Gaga Chromatica-Themed

These Lady Gaga themed cookies feature pink-colored Golden Oreo cookies filled with a green-colored cream. These Oreos taste like a classic Oreo cookie.

5. Strawberry Frosted Donut

The limited-time bites will hit the stores this month featuring Golden Oreo cookies filled with two layers: one layer of pink strawberry-flavored creme with rainbow sprinkles and one layer of a doughnut-flavored creme.
