Georgia softball chopped down at Florida State in Super Regional opener

Georgia scored first, but the home run hit by All-American candidate Sydney Kuma to the opposite field at the start of the second inning wasn’t nearly enough.

The No 3-seeded Seminoles beat the 14-seeded Bulldogs by a 8-1 count, pushing Georgia to the brink of elimination.
