MARIETTA, GA — A teenaged boy has been arrested and charged in connection to a shooting at the NCG Movie Theater in Marietta last month.
Police officials say the teen, whose identity was not released, was charged as an adult with aggravated assault with a weapon. He turned himself in to police earlier this week.
About six shots were fired in the Dec. 23 shooting, striking a parked vehicle as well as the front of the theater.
No one was injured in the shooting, police say.
