In the video, police circles Brian Jessee, who is armed with an assault rifle and wearing body armor.

The standoff started when a woman called police, saying that Jessee was threatening to harm two children in a house.

The standoff last month lasted 18 hours.

On Nov. 15, police responded to Jessee’s home on Sunny Point Circle.

Earlier in the day, police had made contact with Jessie through a series of text messages.

Police said Jessie sent the department photos of several assault weapons and him in a bullet proof vest.

In another message, Jessee wrote, “I’m going to shoot everyone I see in the window,” according to police.

The next day, bodycam footage showed Jessie outside of the home with a gun.

Police evacuated people in the area. The video shows them helping a family get out of their car.

Jessie kept moving towards the home when he spotted a drone. Police said he then started to fire shots up into the air.

The standoff lasted into the night, with several rounds of back-and-forth gunfire.

The next morning, officers noticed a fire in the house.

At one point in the video, the sound of unused ammunition going off can be heard.
