People go to the library to be exposed to art and literature. People at a library in Roswell were exposed to something else entirely.
Police say a serial library flasher is at work. He's "shown himself" to libary patrons at least twice.
It happened at the library on Norcross street. "Oh my word," one patron tells Channel 2 Action News. "I'm speechless."
At one point, the man was sitting at a table holding a paper covering the top part of his body. Below that...nothing.
"Kids see this, and they get scared. And how knows, this may be a prelude to somethign else--maybe trying to accost one of the kids, pick up one of the kids, things like that. We always want to protect our children."
Several agencies are looking for the man, described as black, about 40-years old, balding head, with khaki pants--usually spotted around the man's ankles.
