HENRY COUNTY, GA — A middle school student is recovering after being struck by a vehicle near McDonough Middle School.

The incident did not happen on school grounds.

Both staff and school resource officers respond to the scene along with Henry County police.

The Henry County School District says their thoughts are with the student, but they’re unable to provide any information on the student’s condition.
