GAINESVILLE, GA — A man is charged with vehicular homicide in a fatal crash in Gainesville.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office says 61-year-old Scott Kneiss was driving on Browns Bridge Road when his pickup truck crossed the centerline and struck another vehicle head-on.

63-year-old Charles Holloway Jr. of Cartersville was killed.

Kneiss did not suffer serious injuries.

He was released from the Hall County Jail on a bond of almost $17,000.
