Glassdoor released their ranking for the best places to work in 2026.

The top ranked Georgia business is Delta Air Lines coming in at #26.

Indianapolis-based family-owned business Crew Carwash was ranked the best overall.

California’s In-N-Out Burger ranked second, followed by tech corporation NVIDIA, tax firm Ryan, and Keller Williams Realty.

The rankings are based on everything from opportunities for career growth to satisfaction with compensation and benefits.
