DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA — A man accused of raping women over a period of more than 13 years is indicted by a grand jury in Douglas County.

52-year-old Bobby Lee Hart Jr. faces 18 charges in connection with attacks on seven women.

According to the indictment, the first incident happened in September of 2012.

DNA evidence from older sexual assaults linked Hart to the crimes.
