CHAMBLEE, GA — Students at Chamblee High School are shocked to find out that one of the school’s staff members is being accused of sexual battery. 

50-year-old Bryan Allen Cosey is accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old female student when she went to the media center to get help with her laptop.

Cosey is a media assistant who works in the IT department at Chamblee High School.

Student Etta Pottoff says she has had multiple interactions with Cosey with no problems and didn’t even consider him an odd person. She noted, however, that he seemed to be a “stickler” when it came to rules.

Cosey has bonded out of jail.

The incident happened back in November 2024.
