No bond for suspect accused of pushing woman from Lamborghini, killing her Investigators said Alfred Megbuluba turned himself in to police and is being charged with felony murder.

ATLANTA — Police said the man accused of pushing a woman out of a Lamborghini, who later died, has turned himself in to police.

The incident happened Oct. 10 at the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont roads in Buckhead. The victim was identified as Catherine Khan.

Investigators said Alfred Megbuluba turned himself in to police Monday and is being charged with felony murder, theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.

A judge denied bond during Megbuluba’s first appearance Tuesday morning.
