CHEROKEE COUNTY, GA — A man riding a motorcycle was killed in a crash in Cherokee County.

Investigators say the wreck happened on East Cherokee Drive just north of Cumming.

Authorities say a motorcycle driven by 27-year-old Nicholas Rider of Jasper collided with a car driven by 82-year-old June Burns of Ball Ground.

Investigators say Burns turned in front of the motorcycle while attempting to enter a driveway.

The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been filed at this time.
