ALPHARETTA, GA — The suspect who was barricaded inside a metro Atlanta area hotel as the FBI tried to serve a murder warrant on Monday afternoon is in custody.

Officials say federal agents were attempting to serve a warrant for a person wanted in Atlanta at the Comfort Suites hotel in Alpharetta.

No injuries were reported. The identity of the man was not released.

The investigation is ongoing.
