SANDY SPRINGS, GA — A man has been arrested and charged after police say he knocked two boys off their bicycles near Sandy Springs City Hall.

Police say the incident was captured on video.

Investigators say the suspect, identified as Stephen Catterton, was later taken into custody at a concert following the alleged assault. Police say the arrest was also recorded on video.

Sandy Springs police say pushing children off bicycles is not only unacceptable, but also a quick way to meet officers.
