ATLANTA — A 25-year-old man was injured after being shot on Friday evening in southwest Atlanta.

Police say around 9:08 p.m., officers responded to Grady Memorial Hospital after reports of a person who was shot.

The victim, whose identity was not released, had a gunshot wound in his right leg.

Investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting.
