ATLANTA — A former DeKalb County deputy faces felony charges after investigators say he stole hundreds of dollars worth of items from an Atlanta Publix where he was working security.

According to police, Morris Bailey faces theft charges after being accused of stealing more than $800 in groceries from the Publix on Glenwood Avenue in Atlanta.

Police said Bailey was working an off-duty security job at the Publix.
