- Using the method most conducive to killing pests.  Some poisons that kills some ants in the spring feeds them in the fall.

- Save you money.  What’s worse than your home application of pest killer not working?  It should have worked – you used the entire bottle of it.  Now you’re going back and forth to the store 4 more times and still not finding a suitable pest control poison, then having 2 gallons left over when you do.  Get it done correctly, the first time.  With no left overs…

- Home protection. Proper preventative pest control lessens the chances that you will need home repair later. End of story…
