(WSB Radio) -- A MARTA bus driver, caught urinating on a city street in southeast Atlanta, has been suspended for three days without pay.

The incident was caught on tape Monday morning by Atlanta resident John Michalik.  "I saw the driver standing on the bus and urinating in the street," told CBS Atlanta.

Michalik called Atlanta police and sent the video and a complaint letter to MARTA.  Transit agency spokesman Lyle Harris told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution "obviously, that's not something you're allowed to do.

MARTA refused to identify the employee, who drives a para-transit van.
