ATLANTA — Rivian announces plans to cut another 600 jobs, just weeks after announcing it would cut 1.5% of its workforce.
This latest round of layoffs would account for about 4% of the EV maker’s staff, according to Bloomberg.
Most of the layoffs are expected to come in commercial roles in the company’s servicing and sales departments.
Rivian announced plans earlier this year to bring its new east coast headquarters to Atlanta.
