A 2.1-magnitude earthquake was detected early Friday morning near Milledgeville, Ga. according to the United States Geological Survey.

The earthquake happened at 7:13 a.m. with the epicenter 9.2 miles NNW of Milledgeville.

A few people have reported feeling the earthquake, but no damage has been reported.
