Paul Bennett of Cumming was scheduled to appear in Hall Co. Magistrate court on eight counts of Homicide by Vessel, BUI and Failure to render aid. Bennett waived Monday's court appearance.

Bennett was released from the Hall County Jail Monday afternoon after posting a $50,000 bond.

Indicted by a grand jury last week and jailed on Friday, Bennett is charged with the collision that killed 13 year old Griffin Prince and his 9 year old brother Jake. Griffin was thrown overboard, his body was recovered 10 days after the wreck, Jake was killed at the scene.
