COBB COUNTY, GA — Home Depot is seeking a tax break from the Development Authority of Cobb County as part of a multi-million-dollar project to expand its Vinings headquarters and upgrade other office properties.
Executive Director of the Cobb Chamber Nelson Geter says there is a limit on the amount.
“The development authority agreed to consider issuing bonds not to exceed $140 million,” said Geter.
The expansion is expected to bring 250 new jobs to the area.
