DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A fugitive has been arrested by DeKalb County police in connection to a recent homicide.

Police say 34-year-old College Park woman Talisha Moore-Real faces murder and aggravated assault charges.

Police say she ran over 47-year-old Laquita Baker outside the Gulf American Inns on Flat Shoals Road in Decatur last week.

Moore-Real is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail.
