DEKALB COUNTY, GA — DeKalb County commissioners pass a moratorium on the building or expansion of adult toy stores in unincorporated parts of the county through February 5th.
The 100 days is to allow staff time to study the impact of these types of adult stores and to look at the creation of possible new regulations.
This move comes after the county revoked a building permit for a proposed Tokyo Valentino store on Lawrenceville Highway.
