This Saturday is a momentous one. Marking a 20 year journey from violent beginnings to a slow recovery, it is the anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacks that struck the U.S. on September 11, 2001.

Cobb County’s Hillgrove High School decided to commemorate the anniversary and honor the lives lost on 9/11 with a special tribute. Photos from the event may be viewed down below.
